Rachael qualified from the University of Bristol in 2013. Upon graduation, she spent 6 months in the Equine Hospital at the University before completing an internship in practice in Wiltshire.
In 2015, Rachael moved to Hong Kong to work for the Hong Kong Jockey Club with retired racehorses, sports horses and riding school ponies where she developed an interest in lameness investigations and diagnostic imaging. She returned to the UK in September 2018 and joined NEH as part of the Sports and Leisure Team.
Sean graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Ghent, Belgium in 2019. He was brought up around racehorses with his father being a trainer and both brothers being jockeys. He soon developed a lively interest in horseracing that increased every year. Sean undertook the internship at NEH between 2019-21, and in August 21 joined the racing vet team.
Emily graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine in Ghent, Belgium in 2019.
After qualifying, she undertook a one year equine internship with internal medicine focus, at Ghent University. She joined the NEH team in January 2021 for the stud season and then went on to do a season at EquibreedUK, who specialise in equine reproduction, gaining more experience in A.I., embryo transfer and OPU (ovum pick up).
She returned to NEH in January 2022. Her interests include all forms of stud work particularly neonatology and A.I.
Sophie graduated from the University of Bristol in July 2021 and joined NEH as an intern soon after. She completed the internship in summer 2023 and jointed the ambulatory team, where she works with the racing, sales and stud teams.
Valentine graduated from Ghent university in July 2022 and joined NEH shortly afterwards as an intern veterinary surgeon. After completion of her internship, Valentine joined the ambulatory team where she is working in all areas of the practice.

BVSc MRCVS
Jess graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2025 and joined NEH shortly afterwards. Jess is very excited to continue her training at NEH and has a particular interest in surgery and sports medicine.
BSc VetMB MRCVS
Jeremy qualified as a vet in 1998 from Cambridge University having previously done a degree in Animal Science at Nottingham University.
He enjoys all aspects of equine practice, especially sport and leisure horse veterinary work and equine dentistry. He is normally accompanied by his trusty canine companion, Ricky (from Romania) while out on his visit rounds.
He is a keen polo player in his spare time and loves breeding and training young ponies.
